Data security for partner platform records
Effective June 2026
Partners use Oqitor to manage account, opportunity, quote, order, and commission records. This page summarizes how that data is handled.
Access is role-scoped
Portal modules and actions are permissioned by role. Agency-level commission visibility also depends on agency permissions and account settings; individual sales partners do not receive commission-money access by default.
Activity is audit-logged
Oqitor maintains operational and financial records needed to administer the program. The exact history available depends on the workflow and record type; partners should report any suspected discrepancy for review.
Partner data is not a product
Data about your registered accounts and pipeline is used to operate the platform and the program. It is not sold, and it is not used to compete with you. The channel conflict policy makes that commitment explicit.
Transport and storage
Platform traffic is encrypted in transit. Data is stored with a major managed database provider with encryption at rest. Authentication runs through the platform’s managed identity system, with session controls on portal access.
What we don’t claim
Formal security certifications are listed only when they are active and applicable. If a certification matters to your organization, contact Oqitor for the current status.
Reporting a concern
Suspected vulnerabilities or data concerns should go to partners@oqitor.com with “Security” in the subject line. Reports are acknowledged and investigated.
