Who sees it, and where

Commission money is visible at agency level. Agency admins see it in the portal under Commissions: Activity for individual lines, Statements for issued payouts, and Insights for trends over time. Agency managers see it only if an admin has turned commission visibility on for them. Sales partners don’t see commission amounts.

How a commission reaches your statement

  1. The service activates and bills.Your client starts paying the supplier.
  2. The supplier pays Oqitor and reports it.The supplier’s commission statement lists what it paid on each account.
  3. Oqitor reconciles it.We match the supplier’s statement against expected commissions, line by line. When expected and received amounts don’t match, operations reviews the difference before confirming the line.
  4. Your share goes on your statement.Your share of what Oqitor received appears on your monthly statement. It’s paid after the supplier pays us, on the schedule in your partner agreement.

You’re paid on what Oqitor actually receives, which is why the statement follows reconciliation and not estimates.

What’s on each line

  • The customer or account
  • The order number
  • The supplier and the service
  • The billing period
  • The commission amount
  • The line’s status

What the statuses mean

Pending statement
The supplier’s statement hasn’t confirmed this line yet. It isn’t payable until it’s earned.
Earned
The commission is calculated for your agency and waiting for the next payout.
Adjusted
A correction line, such as a supplier true-up, or a debit or credit applied while the line is unpaid.
Paid
The payout for this line has been processed.
Voided
The line was removed from payable earnings, for example a duplicate or a cancelled sale.

Why a line might not be there yet

  • The service hasn’t activated, or hasn’t started billing.
  • The supplier hasn’t paid or reported that billing period yet.
  • The supplier’s statement didn’t include the line, and operations is looking into it.

If a line still looks missing, ask us.

Corrections

When a line needs correcting, the correction appears as its own Adjusted line, linked to the original account, so you can see what changed.

Questions and disputes

You have 30 days from receiving a statement to dispute any line. Lines that aren’t disputed in that window are treated as accepted, so check each statement when it arrives.

To raise a question, open a commission case with Oqitor from inside the portal, or email partners@oqitor.com. Name the account, the order number and the billing period.

A monthly checklist

  • Check new lines against the orders you expected to activate.
  • Look at every Adjusted line and the account it’s tied to.
  • Note any Pending statement lines that are older than you’d expect.
  • Raise anything that doesn’t match within 30 days.
