Raise a quote request. We work it with the supplier.

Raise a request right from the deal. Oqitor’s operations team works it with the supplier and posts the quote on the deal. When your client accepts, it becomes an order on the same record.

How it works

  1. You

    Raise the request.

From the opportunity, choose one supplier, the service location and what the client needs. Add notes on term, speed or timing. You can cancel a request while it is pending.

  2. Oqitor operations

Work the request with the supplier.

Operations works the request with that supplier and posts the quote on your deal. Notes and @mentions keep the conversation on the quote.

  3. You

    Present the quote.

You take the quote to your client. An accepted quote moves forward. A quote can also be rejected or expire, and marking the deal Closed Lost closes its open quotes.

  4. Oqitor operations and the supplier

    The order takes over.

The accepted quote converts to an order, and operations follows it with the supplier through to activation. The supplier sets the install and activation dates.

  5. Oqitor

    Commissions follow.

Once the service is active and billing, it enters the commission cycle.

What this does not do

  • Each request goes to one supplier. To ask a second supplier, raise a second request.
  • Install and activation dates are set by the supplier. We pass on what we know and we do not promise dates we do not control.

Our operations team works the request. You stay in front of the client.
