Questions partners ask.

Is it free to join?
Yes. The partner agreement has no joining fee, no subscription and no sales minimum. Oqitor earns its share from supplier commissions, the same way the money reaches you. Like any independent agent, you cover your own business costs, and the agreement asks you to carry appropriate insurance.
What does “gross commissions received” mean?
It’s the commission a supplier actually pays Oqitor on the services your client buys, counted before Oqitor keeps its own share. Your commission schedule sets your share of that amount. If a supplier hasn’t paid, there’s nothing to share yet.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are paid after the supplier pays Oqitor, on the schedule in your partner agreement. If a supplier pays late, that line moves to a later statement. We don’t control when suppliers pay, so we don’t promise a date.
Can a commission be taken back after it is paid?
It can happen. Partners are paid a share of the commission Oqitor actually receives from the supplier. A supplier can reduce or reverse a commission after the fact, most often when a customer cancels early, does not pay, or an order is changed or turns out to be invalid. When that happens Oqitor receives less on that account, and the change appears on your statement as its own adjustment line with the reason. It is never a quiet edit to an earlier figure. The rules that apply to you are the ones in your signed Partner Agreement and Commission Schedule, and we go through them with you before you sign.
Who owns the client relationship?
You do the selling and you stay your client’s point of contact. The client’s service contract is with the supplier, and orders placed through the platform are recorded under Oqitor’s distribution relationships. Oqitor’s published commitment is that it does not use non-public information from your registered opportunity to compete with you. Some supplier programs set their own rules for customer records. Where they do, we tell you before you sell that service.
Do I have to work only with Oqitor?
You join as an independent business, not an employee. The agreement requires that customer orders for the services offered through Oqitor are placed through the Oqitor platform. If you already sell some of these services another way, tell us before you sign so the arrangement can be put in writing.
Can I take a deal straight to the supplier?
Not for services you sell through Oqitor. The agreement treats going around the platform to a supplier as a breach. Read that section with us before you sign so you know exactly where the line is.
What happens if I leave?
Either side can end the agreement with notice. After it ends you stop selling through Oqitor. Your right to commission on the accounts you brought in continues for as long as Oqitor keeps receiving commission from the supplier on those accounts, as set out in the agreement. The accounts stay where they were placed. Moving an account to a different sales channel is decided by the supplier and the customer, so it is not something Oqitor can promise.
What does registering an opportunity give me?
A dated record of the account and the opportunity. If two Oqitor partners raise the same account, Oqitor operations reviews the registration dates, the activity on each side and any written terms, and then decides. Registration is important evidence. It is not an automatic win, and it is not exclusivity over a customer, an industry or a region. A supplier’s own deal registration is separate. The supplier approves or declines it, and Oqitor cannot override that decision.
Does registering a deal change my share?
No. Registering a deal puts a dated record on the opportunity. Only revenue that is activated and billing through Oqitor counts toward how your share is set, as your commission schedule defines it.
How fast are quotes?
It depends on the supplier and on how complex the request is. A single site and a single service is usually quicker than a multi-site or multi-supplier design. Each request goes to one supplier you choose. We don’t send one request to several suppliers. When you submit a request, Oqitor operations reviews it and follows up with you on timing. We do not publish a fixed turnaround because we do not control supplier response times.
Do you have direct contracts with the suppliers?
Oqitor provides supplier access through its distribution relationships. We do not claim direct authorisation we do not hold, and we do not publish the commercial parties behind those relationships. If a specific supplier matters to a deal, operations confirms availability for that opportunity.
What do I sign, and when do I see it?
Three documents: a mutual NDA, the Partner Agreement and the Commission Schedule. You receive them after we review your application, before the walkthrough call or on it.
Can my sales reps see commissions?
No. Commission money is visible at agency level: to agency admins, and to managers an admin has turned it on for.
Can the terms change?
Oqitor can adjust commission terms with 30 days’ written notice. Changes apply only to sales started after the change date.
