What shipped, month by month.

Improvements to the Oqitor partner portal. We list what partners can see and use. Behind-the-scenes fixes and internal tools aren’t included.

  1. September 2026

    9 updates

    • Close-date queues.

Two new opportunity views, Closing this month and Past close date, surface deals that are about to close or have slipped.

    • New deals start at Qualify.

New opportunities open at the Qualify stage with a next step required, and the opportunity filters are simpler: all, open, won, lost and your work queues.

    • Next-step history.

See the earlier next steps on an opportunity, and paste or drop files straight into notes.

    • Commission Insights for agencies.

Agency commissions now open with an activity summary, plus a new Insights view.

    • A faster opportunities list.

Quote summaries load with the list in a single pass, so the page opens sooner.

    • More ways to filter opportunities.

Filter by created date, and include reps who are no longer active.

    • Clearer lead import results.

After an import you see what was imported, what needs review and what was skipped as a duplicate.

    • Contacts show their account.

Contact records now show the account they belong to.

    • Report an issue from any page.

Anyone signed in can report a portal problem, with pasted or multiple screenshots.

  2. August 2026

    9 updates

    • Converting a lead creates the deal.

Converting a business lead creates the account, the contact and the opportunity in one step, with address lookup.

    • Next steps with due dates.

New business opportunities need a next-step due date, and overdue next steps are flagged for agency teams and reps.

    • Lost deals tidy up after themselves.

Marking an opportunity Closed Lost closes its open quotes.

    • Full record numbers, readable filters.

Lists show full quote, opportunity and order numbers, and filters show names and logos instead of IDs.

    • Faster opportunity pages.

Opening an opportunity no longer loads the full quotes list first.

    • A cleaner first sign-in.

Invited users set a password, accept the partner agreements, then land in the portal.

    • Phone-sized sign-in and lists.

The sign-in page and list pages now fit phone screens without sideways scrolling.

    • Canada and US addresses.

Address lookup suggests Canadian and US addresses on the same forms.

    • Import history you can act on.

Import results are grouped into imported, already existed and needs attention, and you can retry only the rows that failed.

  3. July 2026

    5 updates

    • The whole portal on your phone.

Navigation, forms, wizards, CRM records and commission views were reworked for small screens.

    • Continuous scrolling on long lists.

CRM lists load more rows as you scroll.

    • Notes and mentions on quotes.

Partners can add notes to quotes and @mention teammates, who get an email.

    • One-click invitation resend.

Agency admins can resend a teammate’s invitation in one click.

    • Sales conduct policy in the Knowledge Hub.

The Sales Conduct and Order Integrity Policy is published for partners to read in the portal.

  4. June 2026

    10 updates

    • Saved views and richer lead filters.

Combine lead filters with AND/OR groups, and save views your agency can share.

    • Large lead files import in the background.

Big CSV files are processed in stages. You can close the window and check import history.

    • Cold-list imports.

A prospecting mode imports outreach lists that don’t have service addresses yet.

    • Bulk campaign enrollment.

Agency admins can add a batch of leads to a campaign at once.

    • Service addresses from saved locations.

When you set up an opportunity, you pick the service address from the account’s saved locations.

    • Related locations and fewer duplicate contacts.

Contact and location records show related locations, and duplicate contacts are caught before they’re created.

    • Quote-to-order guides.

New Knowledge Hub articles walk partners through quote requests, quotes and orders.

    • Notes in search.

      Global search now finds notes.

    • Back where you were.

If your session expires, signing back in returns you to the page you were on.

    • A cleaner commission activity view.

Agency admins get a tidier activity table with separate order numbers and links to each customer.
