Two ways to earn from connectivity and voice

Referral
You hand the client, or the lead, to another company. They quote, sell and bill. You are usually thanked or paid for the introduction, and the client relationship moves with them.
Registered deal
You stay in front of the client and register the opportunity. A team behind you works the quote and the order with the supplier. The commission follows what the supplier pays on that account.

Neither is wrong. A referral asks the least of you. A registered deal keeps you in the conversation, which matters if the same client also relies on you for their support, security and everything else you manage.

What to ask any program

  • Who talks to the client? If it is not you, ask how the program handles the client afterward, and whether it also sells them other services.
  • How is the deal recorded? Ask for a dated record, and ask what happens when two partners claim the same client.
  • What do you see? A statement that lists each line by account, service and billing period is easier to check than a single total.
  • What can change after the sale? Suppliers can reduce or reverse a commission. Ask how the program shows it.
  • What do you sign? Read the agreement before you refer a single client.

How Oqitor handles it

Oqitor works the registered-deal way. It is a partner program and platform, and it is free to join. You do the selling and stay your client’s point of contact. Oqitor does not sell to end customers under its own brand.

  • A dated record. Each registration is dated and tied to your agency. There is no automatic conflict check and no first-to-register rule. A person reviews competing claims under the published policy.
  • Quotes worked for you. You raise one quote request to the supplier you choose. Our operations team works it with that supplier and posts the quote on the deal. You present it.
  • A statement you can check. Commissions follow the supplier’s payments on each account, on the schedule in your partner agreement. Each line shows its account, order and billing period.
  • A CRM for this side of the business. Accounts, sites, contacts and deals are included, with roles for your team.

A deal from your seat

  • 1. A client mentions an expiring internet contract, a failing phone system or a new site. You add it to your pipeline.
  • 2. You register the deal. It gets a date on record under your agency.
  • 3. You raise one quote request to the supplier you choose. Operations works it and posts the quote.
  • 4. Your client accepts and the quote becomes an order. Operations follows it to activation, and the supplier sets the date.
  • 5. The line appears on your monthly statement.

Common questions

Does Oqitor have a referral-only program?
No. On Oqitor you do the selling and stay your client’s point of contact, and our operations team works the quote and the order with the supplier. If you would rather hand a client to someone else entirely, a different program may suit you better.
Does my client deal with Oqitor?
Your client’s service contract is with the supplier. You present the quote and stay in front of the client. Oqitor does not sell to end customers under its own brand.
What if another partner registers the same client?
Oqitor does not run automatic conflict checks. A person reviews both registrations under the published channel conflict policy. A dated registration is important evidence, but it is not an automatic win.
Is it free to join?
Yes. The partner agreement has no joining fee, no subscription and no sales minimum.

We do the quoting. You stay in front of the client.
